Starpower had the unique opportunity to transform former office space in the heart of the Dallas Design District into a cutting-edge, fully automated modern home. Every aspect of this residence required custom solutions, blending high-performance technology with elegant design to create a seamless, luxury living experience.

Timeless Innovation in Plano

When the homeowners of this elegant Plano residence set out to remodel their space, they envisioned a home that blended classic sophistication with cutting-edge technology. They wanted to preserve the timeless charm of their interiors while incorporating modern conveniences, high-performance entertainment, and seamless smart home automation. Turning to Starpower, they found a partner that could bring their vision to life, ensuring both style and function were perfectly balanced.

Starpower collaborated closely with the homeowners to curate premium solutions that enhanced the home's beauty and usability. Beginning with the primary entertainment space, Starpower installed a motorized drop down projector screen that drops down to perfect viewing height and then disappears into the ceiling, seamlessly. A top-of-the-line Sony projector completed the project, perfectly.

Elegance and Excellence

When the family decided to upgrade their audio/visual and Smart Home technology as part of their complete home renovation, they assumed their contractor and subcontractor were experienced enough to handle the design, installation, and programming of the electronics. They were not. It was then, that a chance meeting with Starpower CEO David Pidgeon changed the trajectory of their project.

At the time of their meeting, the couple’s home had been under construction for more than 18 months and their anxiety was rising. The family had two major events on the calendar in July and August when they would be entertaining large groups at their home, and not having the renovation finished wasn’t an option. They needed help and they needed it quickly.
