The Vision

This transformation showcases how Starpower delivers not just high-end technology, but custom-engineered solutions that enhance luxury living. From bespoke entertainment systems to seamless automation, this Dallas Design District home stands as a testament to our innovation and craftsmanship. Starpower seamlessly integrated smart home automation, allowing effortless control of lighting, climate, and security with just a touch or voice command. This home is chalked full of our "hidden gems" installations including a retractable projector mount, a custom swinging television mount in the master bedroom, a in-mirror television and smart control in the bathroom and a completely custom golf simulator. The primary feature of the outdoor living space is the outdoor movie theater featuring a projector utilizing a garden wall for the projector screen. This home is the perfect blend of cutting-edge and well-designed comfort.

One of our primary challenges with this project is that it is a living piece of art. So every installation, every product, every detail needed to be executed to the highest degree. This client challenged us to find unique solutions - such as a sissor lift ceiling mount for the golf simulator projector.

The Solution

This home features a state-of-the-art entertainment experience with immersive sound, 4K projection, an invisible screen, and plush seating—delivering exceptional performance that blends seamlessly into the refined design. The main living space is anchored by Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Series speakers, paired with custom cabinetry to balance aesthetics and acoustics. A white Sonos Arc soundbar enhances the formal living room with high-fidelity audio for TV and music. In the bedroom, a custom James Loudspeaker soundbar and Snap AV articulating TV mount provide personalized comfort and flexible viewing. Outdoor entertainment includes an Epson Pro Series projector in a custom weatherproof, ventilated enclosure designed to withstand Texas heat. A fully integrated Crestron system controls lighting, shades, audio/video, security, and garage access throughout the home. The result is a modern, luxurious residence where sound, video, and lighting create an art-gallery atmosphere.
