I would like to let you know that your people (Starpower) whom interacted with my wife and I were all very courteous and professional!  And when I say "all", I mean literally every individual that entered our front door brought with them a very professional appearance, attitude and outlook on the entire project!!

David, I do not know how you and your brother instill that high of a level of commitment to your customers and maintain it enterprise wide. You guys should think about offering seminars for business owners and executives to teach them how to develop this kind of team dedication. It is truly amazing!!

We have been impressed with every one of the Starpower implementation team members (Even when there was a mix up or some confusion no one EVER tried to make it our fault or not take ownership of the mix up) and we cannot tell you gentlemen how much that has meant to us!!  It seems like in current times the standard operating procedure is too tell people everything they want to hear to get their business and as soon as the vendor has a good chunk of your money somehow all the commitments and promises become forgotten or confused! And as a follow on to that, the same vendors in most cases will then become very upset about the customer pointing out the obvious difference between what was agreed upon and what in fact is now being offered as the final product. We never got anything like that from anyone at StarPower during the install process and the aftercare program.

I will say that after the experiences we have had with other vendors we were skeptical that this would be any different!  The fact of the matter is, “StarPower is a different animal all together” and as you told me in the beginning we would have to experience it to understand or believe it...You were right and we are now customers!! Not just someone you guys sold something too!!

Starpower has truly earned its extraordinary reputation! We are sold and glad that we did business with you personally David and the Starpower team!

Two days before I was to have 100 people over for the Super Bowl party, Mark personally drove to my house and resolved the issue rather than risk not having technicians available in time to fix it for this big event. We recently purchased a Samsung 7000 Series LED TV and a Yamaha RX-A810 Receiver to replace components in an existing home theater system.  Your installers Gabriel and Chuck were out today to install the components. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional and did an awesome job. I had a couple of components that weren't integrating properly in the current system and a new Apple TV component to be added and when they left, everything was working perfectly.  I would like to commend these guys on a job well done.

Jeff Morrow was my sales representative and he too was great in helping me to select the right components for my system.  I also commend Starpower on your competitive pricing - as you were equal to Best Buy on the TV and less than Best Buy's online price on the receiver.  Jeff's customer service combined with the fact that your installers work for you and are not outsourced was the reason I selected Starpower.  This was a comparatively small purchase - not a whole home re-do, but rest assured I will definitely use Starpower again (without shopping around) for our audio/video needs.

I am absolutely satisfied with my recent experience in dealing with Starpower. I have been in the market for upgrading my home theater system for some time and had been shopping not only online, but at electric stores throughout Dallas. Two highly qualified and professional technicians arrived promptly at the appointment time at my house to offload, uncrate and seamlessly set up my new Sony Bravia LCD and components, exactly how I wanted it all done. All wiring was expertly installed and bundled, each piece of equipment was carefully integrated into my existing system, everything was properly programmed and thoroughly tested, and clean-up was impeccable. Finally, they sat down and explained all operational issues to me in layman’s terms, and invited me to call them personally if I had any questions or problems with my installation.

 

My whole experience at Starpower was most satisfying and enjoyable. The expert, honest advice and personalized attention I received from everyone I dealt with was superior in every respect. And especially gratifying was the courtesy extended after everything was one. I will highly recommend Starpower to all of my friends and colleagues as the BEST place to shop for home theater entertainment systems.

I received consistent, superior service from the North Dallas Starpower team. I’m a person who greatly admires fine audio/video equipment, but knows little to nothing as to how to install, tweak or God-forbid, move it to another location. To date, I’ve purchased from the Starpower Oaklawn store a 50” Sony plasma TV, a 42” LG plasma TV, a marvelous Bang & Olufsen stereo system and speakers, a whole-house audio system and too many other components to count or list.

 

I love it all! The reason this technology works so well for me (a non-techie) is because Starpower has extraordinary associates who not only provide great consultation and installation, but also ensure that their clients can actually USE the equipment comfortably.

 

Scott McDowell is one of those associates. My work schedule can be hectic, leaving me with little availability for daytime appointments at home. Scott was tremendously flexible and understanding, meeting me at whatever time works for me to consult on a new project. Starpower did a great job of visiting my home after the delivery of new equipment to ensure everything was installed perfectly, performs as it should, and that I know how to use the technology with ease.

 

The Starpower team is professional, highly knowledgeable, gracious and thorough. I’ve told numerous friends about Starpower and the excellent service I have received over the years.

Gentlemen,

It has been 3 years since the installation of all our electronics provided by Ron Kushner and the Scottsdale Starpower team in our new home in Paradise Valley. At the time you were very new to Arizona and eager to provide a complete and comprehensive system including Crestron controls, security/alarm, telephone, internet, telephone, cable and satellite TV. In addition you provided the VIP Concierge warranty service and maintenance to the system and equipment for three years. Looking back it was a wise decision to select Starpower. The VIP service was all that was promised and expected. The staff of electronic technicians throughout the period were outstanding - technically competent, service oriented, courteous and polite - a total delight. Thank you. I'm one very happy customer/client.

Of further interest, our three years expired on December 31. At 9:30 AM, January 1, my entire system "died". As you know New Years Day is college football bowl day. I called your VIP desk and by noon my system was up and running, thanks to Joe Bakutis who left his family on New Years Day to help. I again am most appreciative for your fine service. As a former business owner I know you often hear complaints and grievances and rarely kudos. I thought you should know this kudo.

I just wanted to tell you about one of your managers who went above and beyond tonight for us. We've been having trouble with the Samsung that we got from y'all for our family room ever since it was installed. We just can't get it to work consistently. We've had several service calls and it always works fine after they're here, but it doesn't seem to last. So, about 7 tonight, I was trying to turn it on to see the latest in Boston and I couldn't get it to work. I called to talk to Tony (he can sometimes walk me through it), but he had left, so they put Robert on the phone. After trying unsuccessfully to help me (in the meantime, Jeff came home and was messing with it, too), he offered to come over after the store closed. He came by about 8 and spent close to an hour here. Turns out we had a bad HDMI cable. There were some other issues, too, which he was able to troubleshoot. Anyway, I just wanted you to know what a wonderful employee you have. We were so frustrated and really appreciated his tenacity and patience. Kudos for hiring great people (honestly, everyone is always very nice...but tonight was the first time someone was able to get to the root of the problem) and making service a top priority!

While building our new home in Colleyville, our builder suggested we meet with Starpower in Southlake to discuss our needs in the electronics area.  We have found the Starpower experience excellent, starting with the professional and knowledgeable way Matt handled our initial needs, as well as the follow up to ensure all issues and questions were properly answered.  The installation and initial service work was handled very well by Justin and Jeff.  They did a great job and took all the time necessary to handle all questions and made sure the entire installation worked properly.  When a recent issue surfaced, Matt went above and beyond as he personally came to our address home during his lunch hour, as a service representative was not immediately available.  Matt fixed the problem during his visit.

We are very happy with Starpower and strongly recommend the Starpower Team to others!
